How much is the deposit to secure the wedding date?

To secure the wedding date the deposit is $500 and this will be deducted from your total balance. The remaining balance is due at the day of the wedding but of course if you want to complete the payment prior to the wedding date (don't want to deal with it at the wedding day) that is also welcomed. We will send you receipt and balance update after every payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For online payments we accept Venmo (@maxwellstudios), Paypal, or bank to bank transfer through Zelle. We also accept all major credit cards (small fee applied) and of course good ol' cash or check is good too!

How long does it take to get our photos back?

You will receive your pictures 6-8 weeks after your wedding date. They will be delivered via high resolution online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints of your wedding photos.
And then depending of your package, you will be receiving the Custom USB drive the following week.

How many pictures will we get?

Typically, we take about 100-200 photos an hour. We are a firm believer in delivering everything to our clients.

Can you provide vendor recommendations?

Absolutely. We have built great relationships within the wedding industry and would love to be able to recommend some of the best vendors and people to work with. Videographers, makeup artists, florists, you name it. We have a list of recommendations that will be provided in your wedding guide once you book!
And then depending of your package, you will be receiving the Custom USB drive the following week.

Do you have insurance?

We sure do! We have one-million-dollar liability coverage. Double check with your venue and make sure if they require this or not. If they do, let us know, and we will send them a copy of our insurance.
